What I love about both is that you can mix and match different styles to create your own bespoke look depending on your current mood, and you can use one to enhance the other. You can, for example, easily dress up a relatively low-key outfit with some funky makeup, to turn it from zero to hero in an instant!
One of the biggest fashion trends we are seeing as we move into late summer and early fall is all about the lip. We have gone from loving bright red lipstick, to being a little more muted and ultra-sophisticated, with a bold, burgundy choice. The High Gloss Burgundy Lip
Burgundy is a color which is meant to pop, and with a high gloss you can really ramp up the fashion stakes. This beauty look is best reserved for a simple outfit, e.g. not too much pattern, to avoid clashes. Any skin shade can wear a glossy burgundy coat, which is what makes it so accessible to all! Remember to blot a little before heading out, otherwise you may end up with slippage. And bring your gloss along for regular touch ups to keep the high shine throughout the day or night.
